Decision

On approval and promulgation of Trade Facilitation Action Plans 2017-2022

- Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decree on the organization and operation of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, No. 230/PM, dated 24 July 2017.
- Pursuant to the Decision on the Organization and Functioning of the Trade Facilitation Secretariat, No.023/NPC, dated 20 October 2010.
- According to the results of the 6th Meeting of the Trade Facilitation Secretariat, date 11 August 2017.

The Head of the Trade Facilitation Secretariat issues the Decision:

Article 1: Approval and promulgation of the Trade Facilitation Action Plan for 2017-2022.

Article 2: the Department of Import and Export, on behalf of the Trade Facilitation Secretariat Office in cooperation with relevant sectors surrounding trade facilitation at the central and local levels. This cooperation will implement the action plan effectively for each strategic measure and report the implementation to the Head of the Trade Facilitation Secretariat on a regular basis.

Article 3: The relevant departments and divisions that are assigned to cooperate with the Trade Facilitation Secretariat shall cooperate and simultaneously implement such action plan strictly and effectively.

Article 4: This Decision is effective from the date of signing.
