Decision

on the Rules of Origin for the Protocol (Amended) under the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement

 

- Pursuant to the Decree on the Organization and Operation of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce No.230/PM, dated 24 July 2017

- Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decree on the Certificate of Origin of Import and Export, No. 228/PM, dated 22 April 2010;     

- Pursuant to the Notification of the Prime Minister’s Office on the approval of the Protocol (Amended) the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation and some related agreements between ASEAN and the People's Republic of China No.929/PMO, dated 05 July 2016;

- According to a request from the Department of Import and Export.

 

The Minister of Industry and Commerce issues the decision:

Article 1: Promulgated the Rules of Origin (ROO), Operational Certification Procedures (OCP), Certificate of Origin (Form E), and Product Specific Rules (PSR) which were listed under the 2017 Harmonized System (HS) of the Protocol (Amended) under the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement.

Article 2. The Department of Imports and Exports shall be responsible for instructing and disseminating the detailed implementation procedures on such regulations so that this decision can be implemented effectively.

Article 3. This Decision is effective from 01 August 2019 onwards.
