Subject: Notification to the enterprises that have a business license, from the Department of Internal Trade from 05/03/2019 - 30/10/2019, to meet and explain reasons to the Department of Internal Trade’s Authority Officers.

 

  • Pursuant to the Decision on the Organization and Operation of the Department of Internal Trade No.1753/DIT, dated 19 September 2016;
  • Pursuant to the 1st Notification of the Department of Internal Trade, No. 1409/DIT, dated 26/12/2019.

 

The Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Industry and Commerce is pleased to inform the enterprises that a business license, from the Department of Internal Trade from 05/03/2019 - 30/10/2019, to meet and explain reasons to the Department of Internal Trade’s Authority Officers at due dead on 30 September 2020 (the list name is as the attachment).

 

If any enterprise does not come to meet or there is not enough reason, the authorities of the Department of Internal Trade can suspend and revoke the license in accordance with laws and regulations.

Therefore, the business units should be informed and implemented.
