To: Head of Industry and Commerce Division, Vientiane Capital.

Subject: Notification in ending certification of industrial products for export, No.1777/DIH, dated 18 December 2020.

 

  • Pursuant to the Law on Processing Industry No.48/NA, dated 27 December 2013.
  • Pursuant to the Decision on the Organization and Operation of the Department of Industry and Handicraft No.1551/MOIC, dated 31 August 2016.
  • Pursuant to the use of a table for drafting annual activities plan of Processing Industry No.663/MOIC.DIH, dated 08 October 2008.

 

            The Department of Industry and Handicrafts is honored to inform you that: In order to promote and facilitate the export of industrial products and to reduce unnecessary business processes for increasing trade and investment flows. Therefore, the Department of Industry and Handicrafts has issued this Notification to end the issuance of certificates of industrial products for export (except wood products) in accordance with the Notification of the Department of Industry on the use of processing factory annual activities plan No. 663/MOIC.DIH, date 08 October 2008. This notification is effected from the signing date.

 

Therefore, we would like to inform you and your implementation regarding this notification.
