Decision

On the Product Specific Rules (PSRs), Textile Single List and Information Technology Agreement (ITA)  in transferring the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) 2017 to AHTN 2022 under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA)

 

  • According to the Decree on Organization and Operation of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, No. 604/PM, dated 15 October 2021;
  • According to the Decree on Import and Export Origin, No. 228/PM, dated 22 April 2010;
  • According to the Department of Import and Export’s letter, No. 10612/DIMEX.MOIC, dated 07 March 2023.

 

The Minister of Industry and Commerce issued the decision:

Article 1. Announcement to use the Product Specific Rules (PSRs), Information Technology Agreement (ITA) in transferring the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) 2017 to AHTN 2022 under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA).

Article 2. The Department of Import and Export will distribute the detailed implementation to the relevant parties so that this decision can be successfully organized.

Article 3. This decision is effective from 01 April 2023 onwards.
