Decision

On the Product Specific Rules (PSR) under the ASEAN – Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership (AJCEP) in transferring from HS 2012 to HS 2017

 

- According to the Decree on the Organization and Operation of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, No. 604/PM, dated 15 October 2021;

- According to the Decree on the Origin of Imported and Exported Goods, No. 228/PM, dated 22 April 2010;

- According to the Department of Import and Export’s Letter, No. 1213/DIMEX, dated 8 May 2023.

 

The Minister of Industry and Commerce issued a decision:

 

Article 1. The Product Specific Rules (PSR) under ASEAN - Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership (AJCEP) are officially transferred from HS 2012 to HS 2017.

 

Article 2. The Department of Import and Export will lead the relevant parties to implement this decision to be more efficient and effective.

 

Article 3. This decision is effective from 01 March 2023 onwards.
