Subject: Implementation of the Revised Certificate of Importer-Exporter Registration for Goods and Services.

  • Pursuant to the Decision on the Organization and Operation of the Cabinet Office of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, No. 1990/MOIC, dated 09 September 2025;

  • Pursuant to the Decision on the Adoption of the New Logo of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, No. 1979/MOIC, dated 25 June 2026.

The Permanent Secretary Office of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce hereby notifies you that: Effective from 01 September 2026 onwards, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce will begin using the revised Certificate of Importer-Exporter Registration for Goods and Services (draft of the revised certificate attached herewith)
