Notification

To: Minister of Agricultural and Forestry.
      Minister of Finance.
      Minister of Industry and Commerce.

Subject: Guidance on the Implementation of Timber (round timber, square timber, processed timber, and semi-finished wooden product) Price for Bidding for Export According to the Notification of Government’s Office No. 700/GO.DS, dated 21/5/2015.

  • Pursuant to the Proposal of the Department of Import and Export, Ministry of Industry and Commerce No. 2211/DIMEX.MIX
  • Pursuant to the Report of Ministry of Industry and Commerce No. 1153/MOIC.DIMEX, dated 11 June 2015;
  • Pursuant to decision of the Prime Minister and Vice Prime Minister, leading economic production and circulation dated 2 August 2015.

The Government’s Office hereby notifies the decision of the Prime Minister and Vice Prime Minister, leading economic production and circulation to acknowledge that: “The export of logs and sawed timbers are strictly prohibited, they shall be processed as finished products prior to the export. It must be strictly implemented in accordance with the Notification of the Government’s office No. 790/GO.DS, dated 21 May 2015”.

Note: This notification replaces Notification No. 700/GO.DS, dated 30 April 2015.

Therefore, this notification hereby informs you to acknowledge and implement accordingly.
